Beautifully restored in perfect harmony with the Rural surroundings of the area, is approachable via a scenical cypresses boulevard leading to a parking for guests and is bordered by a large private courtyard with swimming pool, garden, gazebo and outdoor furniture.
The almost 200 square meters of interior, distributed between ground floor and first floor, feature tiled and stone floors and antique furniture; 5 bedrooms, 3 fully equipped bathrooms and 1 toilet, kitchen, laundry room, large living room with access to the garden. Satellite TV, Wi-Fi and central heating with natural gas.

- VILLA CLEANING:
20,00 Euro per person (over 2 years old) for the second week, cleaning is on request with extra charge.
- ACCOMODATION TAX (LOCAL-TOURISM TAX):
2,00 Euro per person (over 13 years old)/day (max 4 days). Price is subjected to change.
- HEATING: 20,00 Euro/day (8 Nov - 7 Apr)
- EXTRA LAUNDRY (on request)
IT IS IMPORTANT TO BE AWARE OF THE FOLLOWING THINGS:
1) We do not supply any food or alimentary basics;
2) Toilet paper, bags for garbage and tabs for dishwasher are provided only as first supply on arrival, for the following days customers must purchase the necessary for their stay;
3) A set of 3 towels per person and bed linen are provided only as first equipment at the arrival and then changed only weekly; the daily change of the linen and the daily cleaning of the Villa is not provided.
4) On arrival, the beds are not prepared, guests are supposed to prepare them autonomously with the provided bed linen.
5) In the structure there is no restaurant, therefore, breakfast, lunch and dinner are not provided.
6) Pool opening 2025: from Thursday, May 1st to Thursday, October 23th
The Apartments pool is reserved exclusively for the clients of the Apartments.
It is absolutely forbidden for the clients of the Villa to enter and bathe in the Apartments' pool.
